Storage protection

Cloud migration is optional and remains disabled until Super Admin configures the approved cloud provider. When enabled, older local activity media can be migrated and the local copy removed only after successful cloud upload.

YouTube: Longer media is handled through the authorized GLOMDE YouTube channel. Add the YouTube URL for long material in the upload form; API/OAuth credentials must be configured server-side before automated publishing is enabled.
